Oo masarap magkaroon ng “flashback moments”. Yung tipong bago ka matulog, nagrereminisce ka pa. Inaalala yung mga pangyayari noon, yung mga pangyayaring hindi na mauulit pa.

Aminin natin, minsan ang sarap sa pakiramdam. Parang ang cool, ang awesome, kasi nagawa pala natin yun. Isa yun sa mga dahilan kung bakit ang sarap mag-reminisce eh, di ba? Yung kahit alam nating di na natin mauulit pero sa simpleng pagreminisce lang, ayos na tayo.

Kung minsan naman, ang sakit sa kalooban. Bakit? Kasi may mga pangyayari noon na “ang tanga ko” na lang ang masasabi mo ngayon. “Ay nagawa ko pala yun?” O di kaya, simpleng ang sakit sakit pa rin kasi hanggang ngayon di ko pa rin nakakalimutan, di pa rin ako maka-move on.

At this moment, ang daming tumatakbo sa isip ko. 60% nito ay yung nakaraan. Gaya nga nung title ng article kong ito, masarap balik balikan yung nakaraan pero huwag na tayong mag-stay doon. Inaamin ko naman, may mga pangyayaring pag naiisip ko eh napapa-smile ako. Pero hindi ko pa rin maiwasan na maisip yung mga nangyari na, hanggang ngayon may sakit factor pa rin. I don’t know why. Pero may na-realize ako ngayon….

I have to let go of the past. Kailangan kong mag-focus sa present life ko para maging maayos yung future ko. Kailangan kong patawarin yung sarili ko para maging maayos yung sarili ko ngayon. Kailangan kong patawarin yung mga taong nakasakit sa akin noon - alam man nila o hindi - para mas maging maayos yung sarili ko ngayon.

Ang daming kailangan. Kailangang kayanin..
